Buffets include set-up, replenishing, and clean-up of the buffet items by our professional staff (with minimum of 50 guests).
Hot items are kept warm in chafing dishes at no extra cost.

All menus include complimentary plastic plates, cutlery, serviettes, salt/pepper and serving utensils.

GST (5%) not included with the above prices. 2% transaction fee for VISA and Mastercard payments.

The above prices are for events with a minimum of 50 guests. A $150.00 fee will apply for catering events for 20-49 guests. All barbeques require a minimum of 20 guests.

The appropriate number of staff members are included with the price of the above menus, however, if the event is to run later than the standard time to serve all guests at one time, additional fees may apply to cover extra staffing requirements and barbeque fuel.

All food will be ready at the specified serving time; a surcharge will apply if serving time is delayed on site without 24 hours prior notification.

Events that are located outside of our “free-travel zone” (Edmonton, Strathcona, Ardrossan area) are subject to a $3.00/km fee.

Events that occur between 3:00pm on Friday to 6:00am on Monday are subject to a $150.00 service fee. Additional fees may apply for events scheduled on a long weekend.

Gratuity is optional and at the discretion of our valued clients.

Special multi-event and 500+ guest pricing available.

Weddings/Private Functions:

  • A deposit of 25% is required to book weddings and private functions.
  • Final numbers, location, time of serving and menu must be confirmed 7 days prior to the event.
  • Final balance is due 7 days prior to the event.

Please note that our kitchen is not allergen free (nut, soy, dairy, gluten, seafood, etc.). Upon request, we will try diligently to accommodate special dietary needs whenever possible.
