We bring out our custom made charcoal barbeques to your venue for events from 

April 1 to October 31 (weather permitting). 

  • Alberta Barbeque $26.95 / Person

    • Choice of New York or Rib Eye Steak, Chicken Breast, or ½ Rack Baby Back Ribs. Vegetarian option available upon request.
    • Mushrooms in Garlic Butter
    • Choice of Potato Side Dish (Baked Potato*, Roasted Potatoes*, or Creamy Potato Salad)
      • * Sour cream, butter, real bacon bits included.
    • Choice of 2 Salads
    • Garlic Bread or Dinner Rolls with Butter
    • Barbeque sauce
    • Extras:
      • Meat Option: $9.50/item
      • Ranch Style Baked Beans: $2.00/person

  • Hamburger Barbeque $15.95 / Person

    *** $15.95/person (1.5 burgers/person) or $17.95/person (2 burgers/person) ***

    • Choice of Beef, Chicken, or Vegetarian Burgers, or Jumbo Hotdogs with Fresh Sesame Buns.
    • Condiments: Ketchup, Mustard, Relish, Pickles, Cheese, Sweet Onion Slices
    • Choice of 2 Salads
    • Extras:
      • Burger/Hotdog: $5.95/item
      • Sliced Tomatoes + Shredded Lettuce:  $0.75/person
      • Ranch Style Baked Beans: $2.00/person

All menus include complimentary disposable plates/cutlery/serviettes, salt/pepper and serving utensils.


GST (5%) not included with the above prices. 3.5% transaction fee for VISA and Mastercard payments.


The appropriate number of staff members are included with the price of the above menus, however, if the event is to run later than the standard time to serve all guests at one time, additional fees may apply to cover extra staffing requirements and barbeque fuel.


All food will be ready at the specified serving time; a surcharge will apply if serving time is delayed on site without 24 hours prior notification.


Events that are located outside of our “free-travel zone” (Edmonton, Strathcona area) are subject to a $4.00/km fee.


Additional fees may apply for events scheduled on a long weekend.


Gratuity is optional and at the discretion of our valued clients.


Special multi-event and 250+ guest pricing available.


Weddings/Private Functions:

  • A deposit of 25% is required to book weddings and private functions.
  • Final numbers, location, time of serving and menu must be confirmed 7 days prior to the event.
  • Final balance is due 7 days prior to the event.

Please note that our kitchen is not allergen free (nut, soy, dairy, gluten, seafood, etc.). Upon request, we will try diligently to accommodate special dietary needs whenever possible. Additional charges may apply for gluten free, vegan, etc. meals.
