Breakfast menus are delivered and set-up in disposable containers in accordance with the scheduled serving time. Additional charge applies for food set-up in chafing dishes. Minimum of 40 guests for hot breakfast and 20 guests for cold breakfast; call for pricing for smaller caterings.
All menus include complimentary disposable plates/cutlery/serviettes, salt/pepper and serving utensils.
GST (5%) not included with the above prices. 3.5% transaction fee for VISA and Mastercard payments.
The appropriate number of staff members are included with the price of the above menus, however, if the event is to run later than the standard time to serve all guests at one time, additional fees may apply to cover extra staffing requirements and barbeque fuel.
All food will be ready at the specified serving time; a surcharge will apply if serving time is delayed on site without 24 hours prior notification.
Events that are located outside of our “free-travel zone” (Edmonton, Strathcona area) are subject to a $3.00/km fee.
Events that occur between 3:00pm on Friday to 6:00am on Monday may be subject to a $150.00 service fee. Additional fees may apply for events scheduled on a long weekend.
Gratuity is optional and at the discretion of our valued clients.
