BBQ packages - Forget about running all around town wasting time and money. We give you everything you need to throw a successful BBQ. Great Alberta steaks (or chicken or ribs if you prefer), foil wrapped potatoes, two salads (you choose from a selection of 8), mushrooms in garlic butter, foil wrapped garlic bread, butter, sour cream, disposable plates, cutlery, napkins, and salad bowls. All you do is BBQ the steaks and bake the potatoes!

Cold Sliced Meat Buffets - You receive sliced meat platters, 3 salads (you choose from a selection of 8), buns, butter, pickles, and dessert trays. If you wish you may substitute vegetable and cheese & cracker trays or the salads.

Delivered and Set Up Hot:

There are several menu selections you can choose from

We prepare the food and deliver it to you hot, and set up your buffet table. We supply all the chaffing pans, salad bowls, and serving utensils, disposable plates, cutlery, napkins, and salad bowls that are necessary and return later to pick up the pans, bowls and utensils. We do all the work, you take the credit.

Fully Catered:

BBQ - We bring our own charcoal briquette BBQ, and grill up the steaks for you at just about any location you choose. The salads, baked potato etc. are set up buffet style and all the guests get to come to the grill and choose any steak they fancy.

You name the place, we'll be there. We have BBQ’d everywhere from the top of a high rise office tower to a wilderness camp ground.

Traditional Buffet - We carve the roast beef or turkey on site. The hot side dishes and salads etc. are set up buffet style and our friendly staff maintain me buffet table and clear all the tables at the end of the meal.

Breakfasts - We offer a wide range of breakfasts, from a Continental to a fully catered western BBQ with steak and eggs.

We require no on site facilities, as all our food is prepared in our own kitchens and delivered hot to the venue of your choosing.
